Starting this company was born out of the need to solve a problem within my own business. By stumbling and falling enough times trying to do things all on my own, I had to figure out how to properly delegate tasks. I went on a mission to figure this thing out. I’ve gotten really good at seeing a true 360° view of how companies fit together.
